Terrible service and company! Been buying phones from you for ten years but the last two have been horrible. Eventually requested a refund and got it last time due to your supplier delays while you kept my money. This time you're ignoring me since the 13th of October while you keep my money and failing to get stock from your supplier until this day. Order CD33003: I've referred this matter to lawyers, maybe you will respond now.

I placed an order for a tablet, and the help desk contacted me a week later, informing me that they had no stock available so I requested a refund, they responded and recommended an alternative tablet instead. The delivery time was something like 21 days, after I had waited more than a week to hear back from them, so I asked them to proceed with my refund. After a few more days, they said my refund would take 10 - 14 business days. It has now been 19 business days since they agreed to refund me, and this is getting a little ridiculous, given that I placed the order on September 27th. And I haven't heard anything since October 14th.

Don't bother ordering from this company, and if you do just read through the reviews from the past year on here and other platforms like Google Maps and Facebook to know the battle you'll be getting in for. For those that did not receive their refund after the claimed 10 working days I'd suggest getting in touch with a lawyer to recover your money. I'd also suggest opening a complaint with the NCC (can be done online) as they are violating the Consumer Protection Act. Once the NCC catches onto them they can be fined for any violations.

I ordered a fitbit online, but had to cancel the order because of the lead times. I was promised a full refund within 10 business days. No refund received after more than a month of waiting and weekly emails sent. The email response from Connected Devices is simply that the refund is sitting with management. I phoned their direct number, but the finance manager Tohriq Parker does not take phone calls, neither can the receptionist supply me with his direct number. Do not order from Connected Devices Sandton you will not receive your order nor a refund.

Placed an order on the 11th August for a CMF Watch Pro 2. Chose the Orange, as you do. Two days later, I get a call if I am interested in taking a different colour, dark grey, since it is in stock. I accepted, and literally the following day before 8AM, the delivery is on my doorstep. Compliments where compliments are due. The watch is perfect. Kudos to you. Please work on responding to the negative reviews as well. That is a sign of a good business.

Forced to Take Legal Action for Non-Delivered, Non-Refunded Order! Connected Devices (Pty) Ltd failed to deliver a Xiaomi 14T Import (R9,969) ordered on July 9, 2025. They informed me after purchase that it was unavailable and advised me to wait without a timeline. I cancelled on July 18, 2025, and provided banking details on July 21, 2025. Their policy guarantees a refund within 10 working days (by August 1, 2025), but as of August 10, 2025, no payment has been made. Their responses (July 29, August 4) were unhelpful, merely stating my request was “forwarded.” This violates their Terms and Conditions and Section 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, requiring a refund with interest. I sent a letter of demand on August 4, 2025, and, due to their refusal to pay, I’ve filed a summons, as legal action seems the only way to recover my funds. Beware of their poor service and non-compliance!

False advertising, unable to refund you despite them not being able to supply the product that you paid for. Bought a phone on their website www.connecteddevices.co.za on 7/06/2025. On the 2nd of July they confirmed that they are still unable to get stock of the phone. I asked for my order to be cancelled and for a full refund. They agreed but said the refund will take up to 10 working days to reflect in my account. 10 working days passed, now they say they still trying to get hold of their finance department to action the refund. LOOKS and SMELLS and WALKS like a **** to me
