YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED : HERE IS MY EXPERIENCE :-

I ordered & paid (Payfast) CAT S75 Order# CD33114 from Connected Devices 087 550 7777. Expect 20 working-days' delay.
I received confirmation of this order - for something that was listed as being in-stock - the same day.
During this time, I have also phoned them numerous times & have been told that there is moons to whom to speak & the operator has sounded quite embarrassed about the non-return of the purchase price of R7999, even though they cancelled the order on 16 Match 2026 because they claimed that they could not source the phone.
Remember that this was listed as being in-stock at the time of order & payment!
CONNECTED DEVICES still refuses to refund the purchase price of the item that they claimed would be delivered within 10 days.
I have emailed them 13 TIMES & called many more times than that, but everyone who takes a call says that they cannot access "management" to get information about the refund.
