25 days post cancellation and still no refund. This business is a **** albeit quite a polite one. Always apologizing and thanking you for your patience.

No Product and no Refund
I ordered a product from this company, paid for it and despite getting regular updates, did not receive the product, and have not been refunded more than 20 days post cancellation. I dont think the intent of this business is to import that product, but rather just to earn interest on other people's money. I am not sure they will ever pay the refund.
