Don't bother ordering from this company, and if you do just read through the reviews from the past year on here and other platforms like Google Maps and Facebook to know the battle you'll be getting in for.
For those that did not receive their refund after the claimed 10 working days I'd suggest getting in touch with a lawyer to recover your money. I'd also suggest opening a complaint with the NCC (can be done online) as they are violating the Consumer Protection Act. Once the NCC catches onto them they can be fined for any violations.
