I sent through my documentation on 23 September 2020. I was told my internet through telkom would be from 01 October 2020. It's now the 5th!! we have no internet. this is unacceptable. we are losing business as we are unable to connect. I don't care if it's your fault or telkom's fault, YOU are who we are dealing with, YOU sort it out. we have been told by Shafeeq that he keeps escalating this matter to management but nothing is happening. What is the point of an escalation system then? we will be calling every hour today. This needs to be sorted TODAY. I will not accept anything else. get back to me ASAP, this service is completely unacceptable. and do not come back to me blaming this one Telkom. you are the middleman, you sort it out with them, don't tell me again that I need to go to them
We are also now having to spend money on a router and sim card so we can just get work done. We chose your company to assist us and I can see now we have made a massive mistake. SORT THIS OUT NOW PLEASE
