ConnectNet had made contact with the above on 31/08/2015 via SMS to 0795079758 regarding an unpaid debit order and email- no response. 03/09/2015 tried to make contact via Cellular, left voice message to call Connectnet - no response. On 07/09/2015 a recovery was logged, new owners informed us that the Old Owner took the equipment and on 14/09/2015 ConnectNet left a message to revert back to us. 17/09/2015 SMS was sent informing Yolandi of the handover. Things & Times (Yolandi) entered into a 12 month contract and defaulted without a cancellation letter or informing ConnectNet of the sale of business. According to the Terms and Conditions, a 1 month written cancellation letter is required. According to our records no equipment was recovered or returned to ConnectNet. There were also unpaid debit orders and costs incurred by Connectnet. Proof for the return of ConnectNet equipment can be provided to enable us to further investigate the matter and reduce the handover amount at the attorneys. ConnectNet did try to make contact via SMS, email and telephone calls on various occasions but seem to have received no response until now.
Best regards,
