Outstanding Service - JBL Endurance Race

What amazing service received from Nelson & Ronald!!

Unbeknown to me, my JBL Endurance pods had just passed their warranty date when the one stopped working. Nelson responded in less than an hour advising me that he will replace my headset under warranty. Another hour later Ronald confirmed he had sent the replacement which I have just received 2 days later.

A brand is only as good as their after-sale service & these guys have nailed it!!!
