What amazing service received from Nelson & Ronald!! Unbeknown to me, my JBL Endurance pods had just passed their warranty date when the one stopped working. Nelson responded in less than an hour advising me that he will replace my headset under warranty. Another hour later Ronald confirmed he had sent the replacement which I have just received 2 days later. A brand is only as good as their after-sale service & these guys have nailed it!!! Thanks again

My husband bought me JLB earbuds for my birthday last year and one had stopped working. Although it was less than a year since I had been using them, it was over a year since they were bought and thus just out of the warrantee period. I emailed to ask where I could take them for repair and Nelson Pillay answered within hours, requesting my invoice. Within a very short time after sending this to him, I was sent a replacement pair. Hats off to Nelson and the two gentlemen who assisted in the process, Ryan Schroeder and Ronald Gibson. It is so good to experience such efficient and kind service these days.

I needed a new battery for my Harmon Kardon speaker. Talked to Nelson on the phone, and promptly received the proforma from Ronald, and all the communications between the roleplayers to get my package shipped. Order was paid on Friday, and I received my package today. Installed the new battery, and it works100% again. Thank you guys for fantastic service!

A Phillips headphone set snapped in two after 8 months of careful usage. But its considered "physical damage" and not covered under warranty. Then they have the audacity to offer me a subsidized price: R 321+R200 delivery fee. For that delivery fee it must be delivered by a personal butler in a tuxedo. Why will I buy something again that if it breaks, has zero support from the supplier? Find a better brand with better support.

I bought JBL Tune 700BT Over ear Bluetooth Headphones yesterday on JBL Dare to listen website.I used Vouchers from McDonald's for discounts,my vouchers went through and my purchase was successfully paid and received an order number. This morning I received a rude email from the Connoisseur Electronic creative and Digital specialist who said that they will cancel my order because I used more than one voucher to make a purchase.Their system never declined my vouchers. Some online systems like takealot only takes one voucher when making a purchase and automatically declines another voucher if you try to redeem it. I cannot be treated like this for making a purchase on their website and successfully paying the outstanding amount. I'm just a customer,now they want to make their online system my problem. I'm waiting for my order Connoisseur Electronics my order was successfully paid and I have an order number.

Most pathetic customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased 2 sets of kids headphones as presents for my children who are 6 and 9. They are much smaller that you'd expect and have a very tight fit. Kids put them on once, complained about them being tight. Did not connect it to any device or use them, not even once. Emailed immediately to request a return on 26 December, had zero replies. Emailed again in January, zero reply. Phoned the number on the website, got the number of the service people, Gary and Nelson. Phoned Gary, he said - "Oh I'll need to check with Nelson becuase not sure how this will work" I said, what do you mean? You don't know how returns work? He said, please email and I'll come back to you. Again zero reply. Phone again this morning and was told, I don't understand what you mean so you can't return them. I really cannot believe that in this day and age an ecommerce business can be that pathetic. Stay away from these people, you'll be better off.
