Why would you put a hello Peter rating QR code on the label of a cremated pet?! Shocking.
Most pathetic customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased 2 sets of kids headphones as presents for my children who are 6 and 9. They are much smaller that you'd expect and have a very tight fit. Kids put them on once, complained about them being tight. Did not connect it to any device or use them, not even once. Emailed immediately to request a return on 26 December, had zero replies. Emailed again in January, zero reply. Phoned the number on the website, got the number of the service people, Gary and Nelson. Phoned Gary, he said - "Oh I'll need to check with Nelson becuase not sure how this will work" I said, what do you mean? You don't know how returns work? He said, please email and I'll come back to you. Again zero reply. Phone again this morning and was told, I don't understand what you mean so you can't return them. I really cannot believe that in this day and age an ecommerce business can be that pathetic. Stay away from these people, you'll be better off.
Brett, Sonja and the Oxbow team have been exceptional. It was a real pleasure negotiating the deal we did given their open and engaging manner. The after sales service and quality support are worth paying attention to. Appreciate what they do for our business and really happy to be an Oxbow customer!
