Special thanks
I would like to thank you for taking care of our beloved Leonard who we sadly lost on Sunday 17 May after nearly 17 years in our family. I had no idea what to expect and Dr. Batt at Panorama Animal clinic guided us. Thank you. We where surprised beyond words when his ashes was handed over to us in a beautiful urn with his name on it. Thank you for this amazing special touch and taking care of him. It really means the world to us. He was not just a pet, he was a child and family member.

Thank you Anastasia and the team. The way you helped me was immaculate. I lost my 18 year old Milo on Thursday and my heart is shattered. The mindful way you all work helped tremendously to be gentle on my extremely broken heart.

Their home collection service is very comforting and every little urn is handcrafted and filled with so much love. My little squirrel had sadly passed away on the 9th of May. It was so devastating. I just had to get her cremated to still be apart of my life. I just want to thank R.I.Pets for taking the time to cremate my baby girl and putting her into a beautifully made urn, knowing she was taken care of and handled with love and care. Thank you so much, cause of you... I can finally feel at piece again with Squillo baby by my side. 🥰 Thank you again for your amazing services R.I.Pets 😇❤️
