I needed a new battery for my Harmon Kardon speaker. Talked to Nelson on the phone, and promptly received the proforma from Ronald, and all the communications between the roleplayers to get my package shipped. Order was paid on Friday, and I received my package today. Installed the new battery, and it works100% again. Thank you guys for fantastic service!
ABSA is a circus!! I use my credit card to pay international suppliers of my business. Today I had to do an urgent payment, only to discover the payment is not going through. I transferred more than enough money to provide for the transaction. Phone the helpline, hold on for almost 30 minutes before a consultant became available, only to be told ABSA upgraded my Silver card to a Gold one, and this one will not work anymore. I will receive my new card in 4 workdays. NO COMMUNICATION was done, and my current card was valid till 2020. Also, I am not able to transfer the money for the payment back into my check account. I only get a message "HOT CARD" . How can ABSA just decide to deactivate your account due to an upgrade that I did not request, or consented to. And now I cant even access my own money that I deposited into the card. Not to mention the stress and delay it is costing me for not making my supplier payment in time!!! I am livid, and is going to close my account first thing next week. Hope all other clients affected by this unprofessional act do the same!!
