NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER: I app**** for Rain router the 101 5G smart router on the 12th February 2025,specifically for the surveillance cameras. Collected at Rain Queenswood on the 17th February 2025. I had network issues immediately on the 17th,after plugged in. I called their Rain Support line,no help was recieved. I canceled the subscription,for collection on the 24th February 2025. They only collected the router on the 19 May 2025,after an exhausting follow up with them. My account is from R958.87 to R3008.87 even though my subscription was canceled and router not in use. RAIN IS A ****. please assist. Regards.
I placed an order online on the 18th October 2022 at Clicks.Delivery method was click and collect to Clicks Da****rt. On the 19th I received an sms and email that my order was delivered at Clicks Da****rt for collection. I didn't go immediately to Clicks for collection as I had errands the next day and vacation to prepare for. On the 25th October 2022 I went to Clicks to collect my parcel and it was nowhere to be found. Clicks guys started to look for it. They checked their books and make calls to check.I waited for an hour or so before I was called to the office where I was given a phone and the lady on the other end of the phone said that the parcel was collected by me and immediately asked her, where and when did I collect my order? And she failed to answer. And said they'll investigate with the courier and revert back to me. Even the guy from Clicks said he'll keep me posted regarding the parcel.i then left. Immediately when I got home I lodged a complaint on Clicks online.To this day I don't have my parcel. On Sunday 30th October 2022 I received a call from Sipho who works at Clicks saying that the guy from Ram was there at their store and he said that he did not collect the parcel from their warehouse nor delivered it. Today 4th October 2022 I received a call from the same guy who works at Clicks and he immediately gave another guy a phone who introduced himself as an employee from Ram and he said that he delivered the parcel to my address. How can my parcel be delivered to the address I didn't provide. I chose Clicks Da****rt for collection. Who signed for my parcel? Where is proof of delivery? Where is my parcel?
I'm still waiting for my DPP paid up letter that I've requested after settling the debt.
One of the agents from Dstv called me about the DPP and he said it's for the Router I have with them...but still on the statement I requested to settlement the amount they sa I owe them it says "Dstv EXPLORA not Dstv Router. I have since paid the settlement amount to them a week ago, and emailed them proof of payment and requested a paid up letter from them....sadly I'm still waiting for the Paid up letter. They don't respond to my complaint about having a DPp on my credit score profile that i know nothing of.
I just called Dstv today after realizing that i have DPP(Decoder plan) on my credit score which i didn't understand because I personally bought my deciders a called an accredited DSTV installer for installation. Abongile from DSTV told me that im paying for a decoder plan that I have with multichoice of which it's absurd as Haven't received nor order any decoder from DSTV Multichoice. I need answers DSTV as to why am I sitting with a balance of R1003.00 and a credit limit of R1416.00 which i know nothing of. Who applied for it? Clearly your robbing me.
I bought JBL Tune 700BT Over ear Bluetooth Headphones yesterday on JBL Dare to listen website.I used Vouchers from McDonald's for discounts,my vouchers went through and my purchase was successfully paid and received an order number. This morning I received a rude email from the Connoisseur Electronic creative and Digital specialist who said that they will cancel my order because I used more than one voucher to make a purchase.Their system never declined my vouchers. Some online systems like takealot only takes one voucher when making a purchase and automatically declines another voucher if you try to redeem it. I cannot be treated like this for making a purchase on their website and successfully paying the outstanding amount. I'm just a customer,now they want to make their online system my problem. I'm waiting for my order Connoisseur Electronics my order was successfully paid and I have an order number.
I made an online purchase using vouchers on the 14/07/2021 which were all discounted on check out and successfully placed an order which was confirmed.I then received an email from The Pro Shop Team saying my order will not be delivered as I used more than 1 voucher. My question to them was why is their voucher section allowed me to put all my vouchers if it only takes 1 voucher per customer.My vouchers were successfully redeemed without any problem,now they don't want to deliver my order. I'm still saying this, my order was successfully placed,my vouchers were successfully redeemed and my order was successfully placed and confirmed. Instead of them fixing their problems with the voucher section, they are making it my problem. I'm so disappointed and disgusted by this.
