I sent a review on 03 Oct 2025 rating Lancet accounts as very unco-operative, but since then Melanie Bitang from Lancet has contacted me and gave me all the assistance i required and I really appreciate the feedback and help she provided. Melanie is an asset to Lancet and very well informed as all my issues were resolved. For this I want to thank you.
I find the service at Lancet accounts is pathetic as i spent over an hour on the phone being transferred from Peter to Paul with no help what so ever.Lancet is a very efficient Laboratory when drawing blood etc but when trying to sort out an account there is no help whatsoever. Its absolutly pathetic.
I am very dissapointed in the support that i am receiving from Mweb as it is non existant. The chat on the website is not working and no-one is replying on the telephone as i hung on for over a half hour and remained caller no 2 for the entire time. Can someone from Mweb contact me to resolve my problem
I am very dissapointed with Standard bank Ucount. My tier level on Ucount dropped without warning, when i have been on the same tier for years now and have not changed any of my facilities I use. They suddenly drop you down a uCount tier without any warning. Complicated rules that keep changing. I wondered why am I getting a lot less than usual? The answer is falling down a tier without any warning or opportunity to fix or prevent it. This is not what i expected from Standard bank after being a customer for many years. and not changing my profile whatsoever.
I would like to thank Lebo at Kingsmead River Square for her impeccable, excellent service she provided us when we were looking for shoes for my wife. She helped us so professionally and within a few minutes we were told that the shoes were ordered from other stores. Her manner of interacting with customers is impeccable and I can say that she is a golden asset to your company. She kept us informed throughout the process and I must also say that your system works very well in keeping clients informed of the orders placed. What pathetic service I received from NMS Insurance Services as I have diligently been paying for my Device Care Plan -Platinum for an amount of R129.00 since 21.05.2024. My DSTV gave me a E48-32 Error and was told because I have the platinum plan I need to contact DCC@multichoice for them to arrange repairs. In the meantime i got hold of an installer who helped me promptly and all was returned to norm after which i cancelled my insurance due to very poor service. Low an behold I received a mail 5 days after sending them a mail to inform me i do not have an installation insurance with them as mentioned because i now cancelled, but it took 5 days for them to reply and if i did not get it repaired myself i woul still be sitting without DSTV. I would not recommend anyone to take out this platinum insurance as it is a waste of time and money. Their service is absolutely useless and I'm not sure why Multichoice even utilise a useless insurance company like this
After many years of being with DSTV and paying insurace dilligently, My decoder is giving me a E48-32 Error code. I contacted Multichoice and went through the routine of resetting my device device o0f which i was on the phone for more than 30 minutes, i waited 25 minutes before speakingh to an agent. I was then instructed to take my decoder into an agent so as they could check it. They found no fault on my decoder and said i need to get someone in to check the installation. I asked if they could do the job as I have a premium insurance on my decoders and installation of which i pay R129.00 per month. I was informed by Henburg Vaalpark that i need to work through the insurance company which is NMS insurance. I tried calling only to find they do not operate on weekends so i sent a email and still have had no response. The service is absolutely pathetic nad I will now cancel my insurance as allo it is doing is costing me money. I would also li9ke to request Multichoice find other insurers as NMS is useless.

The manner in which they deal with their customers is impeccable and they are fast and efficient delivering a excellent Job. Their system allows you to follow through the process from dismantling to repaired and is done in a professional way. Keep up the excellent service!!!
What has happened to the excellent service from OUTsurance!!!! I am a retired pensioner and have been with OUTsurance for over 16 years and have always commended on their excellent service but I'm afraid that has fallen to very poor service in my last and existing claim that I have submitted. I was told that I cannot request my preferred panel beater which was never a problem in the past and relayed to another Panel beater in another town and another province, not knowing what their quality of work is and also their quote was more than half the price of my preferred supplier which raises a question. I was then told it is a Digital assessment and will be corrected when I take my car into the Panel beaters. When asked about their quality of work I was told that if I have a problem with the workmanship I can always take it back to be repaired. My Policy is that it should be right first time round and this is what I get from my preferred panel beater which I have utilized all the years. It has been almost a week now that I have been waiting for a reply and when I call I am told it is still being referred to the assessing department. Unfortunately this is not the type of service expected from a reputable insurance company especially OUTsurance and I am not at all happy with the service I am experiencing currently. It is questionable that the service has deteriorated from all my past experiences which was always excellent.
