I had a great experience with Conradie Appliance Services!

Our 12 year old Bosch dishwasher had a drainage issue and whilst trying to resolve it I found a detached damaged part.

I contacted a few local repair companies. Most quickly responded with quotes for an initial call out and only then would they order the part before a second call out for the actual repair.

Then, Conradie Appliance Services contacted me and using the same photos I sent to the other companies, JP identified that the clip-in part of the pump cover was still intact and should still work. He then left a voicemail with step-by-step instructions on how to fix it. I followed his guidance and the dishwasher worked perfectly again! Amazing!

Turns out of course, he’s being doing this for years and knows all these machines back to front, but what really set him apart was his kindness, fantastic communication and his genuine pleasure in helping a customer out.
