Conradie appliances for worst service experience
JP responded to a call for our Siemens dishwasher E19 repair in November. He fitted a valve and informed us the motherboard had to be replaced as well. He subsequently ordered the board, which we paid for. R3260. Then he disappeared into thin air. He said he was ill at one point Thereafter both numbers 0845116770 and 0842086696 went straight to voicemail. We even went to the address in Strand( a block of flats) 18 Haylett Street. Tried to contact him on Facebook and email. Zero response. Zero communication

Fabulous Customer Service
I had a great experience with Conradie Appliance Services! Our 12 year old Bosch dishwasher had a drainage issue and whilst trying to resolve it I found a detached damaged part. I contacted a few local repair companies. Most quickly responded with quotes for an initial call out and only then would they order the part before a second call out for the actual repair. Then, Conradie Appliance Services contacted me and using the same photos I sent to the other companies, JP identified that the clip-in part of the pump cover was still intact and should still work. He then left a voicemail with step-by-step instructions on how to fix it. I followed his guidance and the dishwasher worked perfectly again! Amazing! Turns out of course, he’s being doing this for years and knows all these machines back to front, but what really set him apart was his kindness, fantastic communication and his genuine pleasure in helping a customer out. JP saved me a lot of money and stress so I highly recommend Conradie Appliance Services.

JP Conradie has ****** our Bosch oven that we entrusted him to fix in our home. He removed it from our home without our permission after having been paid in full for the repairs. He now refuses to respond to our messages and when threatened with legal action has said "do what you want, I have nothing anyway." He has our oven and our money. We have requested our oven to be returned and our money back, but after months of battling, he now does not reply to our messages.

Conradie Appliance Services, Somerset West.
We are very impressed with JP Conradie's service. He gave us an approximate time of arrival, confirmed it by telephone later in the day and arrived promptly. He worked quickly, explaining what he was doing and why. He was correct in his diagnosis of the problem with our Siemens washing machine, and left everything clean and tidy. The machine is now working perfectly and his rates are very reasonable. Highly recommended.
