JP Conradie has ****** our Bosch oven that we entrusted him to fix in our home. He removed it from our home without our permission after having been paid in full for the repairs. He now refuses to respond to our messages and when threatened with legal action has said "do what you want, I have nothing anyway." He has our oven and our money. We have requested our oven to be returned and our money back, but after months of battling, he now does not reply to our messages.
Ordered a YOCO card machine with the promise of it being delivered within 1-2 business days. I paid on 8 April and was promised as per their website 1-2 business days delivery. I contacted yoco on 13 April to enquire as to where the machine was. They escalated it and apologised. The couriers, CCD Couriers confirmed delivery on 15 April and advised that I sit and wait as they would be here between 8-10am. They never showed or even called to apologise or reschedule. I again contacted Yoco and asked for the machine to be delivered or a refund. They apologised and said they'd escalate it to logistics. I was again contacted by CCD couriers and all my information was again confirmed. Another delivery date for 16 April was confirmed. Surprise, ANOTHER NO show by the couriers after having waited 2 hours for their allotted time of delivery. I again contacted YOCO and requested a refund. Only to get e cut and paste reply saying they'll escalate it to logistics once again. Take your business elsewhere, there is ZERO actual support for clients.
**** POOR COMPANY. Software "upgrade" left many clients without accounting software and no urgency from their side to rectify or even just revert to the previous version. Many businesses in dire straits not able to submit VAT returns or other essential accounting functions. Their response is simply, "we're working on it." THAT'S NOT GOOD ENOUGH..REVERT TO THE PREVIOUS VERSION AND FIX YOUR PEOBLEMS BEFORE YOU GO LIVE WITH SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T WORK!
