'conscious ' Chef ****mer

This chef runs a cooking school and i paid R800 to attend a class in january which was cancelled last minute citing the Chefs injury and could not stand for a long time . I rebooked for a few weeks later and was cancelled the night before again . I was told I would get a refund but she is ghosting me now and does not respond to any communication . I also see now from her facebook reviews that she did this other people as well ! It is not acceptable, she is a ****mer and this is theft and she needs to be held accountable for not refunding clients money for services not delivered
