I ordered online op 1/4/24. On 8/4/24 Piet from the online department in Woodmaed could not provide me with a delivery date or a reason as to why I had not received my order. Piet has NO idea what client service is. I heard lame stories such as he can't see on the system where the order is, he has sent Cape Town an email as the stock will be drawn from them. On 9/4/24 I had to call the courier service myself to find out where the parcels are and when I would receive my delivery. Poor show Consol Glass!
