I ordered online op 1/4/24. On 8/4/24 Piet from the online department in Woodmaed could not provide me with a delivery date or a reason as to why I had not received my order. Piet has NO idea what client service is. I heard lame stories such as he can't see on the system where the order is, he has sent Cape Town an email as the stock will be drawn from them. On 9/4/24 I had to call the courier service myself to find out where the parcels are and when I would receive my delivery. Poor show Consol Glass!
I have been waiting for 2 days for a delivery. It is expected of the client to be available from 08:00 until 16:00. However they do not pitch, do not call and do not deliver. NO respect for a clients time. At 15:49 today 10/4/22 a received a message that the delivery was delayed. I had to call their office to find out what that implies, I was assured, after the operator spoke to the courier, that the delivery would be done before 18:00. At 18:28 no delivery, I had to call again only to be told that the courier got stuck and that I could reschedule. POOR POOR POOR SERVICE. I will be taking this up with the company that sent my parcel with CCD

I have been a client of Minty's material centre for 27 years. Given the owners disregard for any Covid regulations and their refusal to wear masks. Owner stated that Covid has passed and I should not worry about a mask! I will never set foot there again. Farewell Minty's!

The Courier Guy Rustenburg has been rated a one star as no lower rating is available. I don't know which is the lesser of the evils, the rude and arrogant staff or the lack of service. My parcel sent with overnight instructions from Hekpoort on Monday has not been delivered to me on Wednesday afternoon 15:20. After numerous calls and threats Sarel has now offered to deliver it to an alternative address. This is the third parcel that I have encountered a problem. Lack of service varies from weeks to months. I think Chante shoud be nominated as the ultimate rudest employee of the month or millennium!
I bought a small Nissan NP200 from Ricky Few and received the most wonderful service! My car was delivered to my door. Ricky ensured that I was 100% happy and comfortable with the workings of my car. My next car will definitely be bought at the same dealer and same salesman again! Thank you Ricky and Droomers Nissan Paarl for your wonderful service!
Willem Oberholzer presents himself under a few business names Cleerbar Solutions, Clearbar Solutions and Zeedec Automation. He fitted Clear bars in my house on new aluminium frames. The workmanship was poor. Baars not cut to the same length, bars fixed off centre in the frames, fitted skew, Some of the bars were fitted so poorly that they fell out when you dusted them. He removed the bars in such a manner that the brand new aluminum frames were damaged severely. He was also paid a deposit on 7 October 2019 for 2 security gates. To date I have not received the afore mentioned gates! Willem does not answer his calls and seems to have not only disappeared from town but also with my deposit!
