FORD CONSOLIDATED AUTO- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and INCOMPETENT PERSONNEL

FORD CONSOLIDATED AUTO "BOKSBURG", a bunch of incompetent personnel, I sent in my vehicle (Ford Kuga) for misfiring issues, their diagnosis was that two plugs were worn out, alright cool, decided to do my service with them and they even suggested "Injector Max", cool being the person that I am, trusting that the vehicle is with the OEM, little did i know that I'll be returning the vehicle in a space of FOUR WEEKS and TWO DAYS after the service, the car has issues again , this time i can i could smell the petrol inside the car, i could not start the car, took it back, now their diagnosis says its injector seals and its not their fault that their machine cannot diagnose a problem that will happen in the future, meaning they do not want to take ownership, accountability and responsibility that they could not fix the problem from the start.

After the service, i was never taken through the parts that were taken out of the vehicle, which makes me think the service was probably not even done. they just took the money.

I am super frustrated from the brand itself.
