I purchased a Ford Kuga 2018 EcoBoost from this branch last November. Initially hesitant, I recently took the car in for its first service, and I feel compelled to share the outstanding service I've experienced so far. From the seamless credit application process with J****, the best FNI in the country, to Conrad, our dedicated sales representative who assured us every step of the way, we knew we were in good hands. Morne, the Manager of the used car department, exemplifies excellence in his field. I must commend Lappies, our service contact yesterday, who consistently goes above and beyond for his clients. Overall, if there were a rating beyond five stars, they would certainly deserve it. Ford Consolidated Thank you for asembling such an exceptional team.

DISGUSTING / *****ULENT SERVICE FROM CONSOLIDATED AUTO. I booked my car for a 90 000km service. I sent through all documentation and approvals from my service plan provider 3 days prior to me taking the vehicle in, so that there would be no delays in getting the vehicle serviced. I dropped the car off at 7am. only to find they booked me for a 75 000km service instead of a 90 000km. so i had to ask them to change that. They had no note of me asking them to check and replace the cambelt which is due at 90 000km. They had to add that as well. Then at 10am i get a call from their service advisor to say that he is still waiting for approval from my SP. So i called my SP, only for them to advise me there's no issue for the service and that its been approved, only the Cambelt is being debated. Thereafter i had no further feedback from Con Auto Service advisor, until 15:15pm, when I called him to ask if my car is sorted. Only to be told no. he is still waiting for Authorization. So i said to him but i spoke to my SP and they approved it already. Again i called my SP to confirm, spoke to a different consultant, who confirmed the same thing. approval was done. By this time i was annoyed so i booked an Uber to go fetch my car. get there, only to find my car is in the WASH BAY! No service done. NOTHING!. I demanded my car and i said to the service advisor he had better cancel whatever claim he has put through to my SP. I drove out from Consolidated Ford, got to the robot and something said to me to check my service book. THEY STAMPED MY SERVICE BOOK AS IF THEY HAD DONE THE 90 000KM SERVICE!!!!!!!! I was livid, i made a u-turn, went back to them and demanded to speak to the dealer principle. He still had the audacity to tell me that they stamp the book prior to the service being done???? Do i look stupid or what? WORST PART IS THEY ALREADY ISSUED A CLAIM TO MY SP FOR THE 90 000KM SERVICE!!!!! so they were washing my car to have it clean to PRETEND like something was done on my car! i was DISGUSTED to say the least. My husband insisted that they give me a new service book because they had now stamped on my 90 000km section. I will not advise anyone to take their vehicle there. Especially if this is how they do business.

i Am currently in a legal dispute with said dealership, as they damaged my vehicle on their premises while they were servicing it - and the repairs they had done were not up to AA standards, and they refuse to admit they are in the wrong. I have complained to ford SA, Ford USA and the ombudsman - when the ombudsman found in their favor. Upon trying to escalate the matter - their lawyers reached out claiming defamation of character law suites will be filled. Yet the so called "defamation" is based purely on fact.

I love my Ford Ranger 2.2 and I am a huge Ford fan. I was in an accident a month ago. My Ranger went into a Panel Beater in Benoni and they have been waiting now for 3 weeks for a Dashboard for my Ranger as it is on backorder. My 30 day car hire through Outsurance ended today have to rent the vehicle at R750 per day and Ford still cant say when the dashboard will be delivered. This is bad service.....

FORD CONSOLIDATED AUTO "BOKSBURG", a bunch of incompetent personnel, I sent in my vehicle (Ford Kuga) for misfiring issues, their diagnosis was that two plugs were worn out, alright cool, decided to do my service with them and they even suggested "Injector Max", cool being the person that I am, trusting that the vehicle is with the OEM, little did i know that I'll be returning the vehicle in a space of FOUR WEEKS and TWO DAYS after the service, the car has issues again , this time i can i could smell the petrol inside the car, i could not start the car, took it back, now their diagnosis says its injector seals and its not their fault that their machine cannot diagnose a problem that will happen in the future, meaning they do not want to take ownership, accountability and responsibility that they could not fix the problem from the start. After the service, i was never taken through the parts that were taken out of the vehicle, which makes me think the service was probably not even done. they just took the money. I am super frustrated from the brand itself.
