I am extremely disappointed with the cleaning service provided on 22/12. The helper was instructed to clean only two areas—the kitchen and the lounge—yet the job was left incomplete and below any reasonable standard. I paid extra for inside cupboards and inside the fridge to be cleaned. The stove had not been touched. Nor the tiles behind the stove. My dishcloths are left with black stains just bundled up. The bucket which she used to clean, the water was disposed of in the kitchen sink and the sink left as is, not rinsed out. Full of sand particles. The lounge floor still has marks on it, the kitchen counter behind the fishtank is still dirty. The area by the microwave was not even touched!!! Despite the limited scope, several tasks were ignored, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. This is not what I paid for, and it reflects poorly on the quality your company claims to deliver. I contacted Sweepsouth and was told a refund would be processed. only R150 was refunded - from over R400 being paid. Bearing in mind i had to re-pay another lady off the streets just to do a proper job that was supposed to be done right the 1st time!
DISGUSTING / *****ULENT SERVICE FROM CONSOLIDATED AUTO. I booked my car for a 90 000km service. I sent through all documentation and approvals from my service plan provider 3 days prior to me taking the vehicle in, so that there would be no delays in getting the vehicle serviced. I dropped the car off at 7am. only to find they booked me for a 75 000km service instead of a 90 000km. so i had to ask them to change that. They had no note of me asking them to check and replace the cambelt which is due at 90 000km. They had to add that as well. Then at 10am i get a call from their service advisor to say that he is still waiting for approval from my SP. So i called my SP, only for them to advise me there's no issue for the service and that its been approved, only the Cambelt is being debated. Thereafter i had no further feedback from Con Auto Service advisor, until 15:15pm, when I called him to ask if my car is sorted. Only to be told no. he is still waiting for Authorization. So i said to him but i spoke to my SP and they approved it already. Again i called my SP to confirm, spoke to a different consultant, who confirmed the same thing. approval was done. By this time i was annoyed so i booked an Uber to go fetch my car. get there, only to find my car is in the WASH BAY! No service done. NOTHING!. I demanded my car and i said to the service advisor he had better cancel whatever claim he has put through to my SP. I drove out from Consolidated Ford, got to the robot and something said to me to check my service book. THEY STAMPED MY SERVICE BOOK AS IF THEY HAD DONE THE 90 000KM SERVICE!!!!!!!! I was livid, i made a u-turn, went back to them and demanded to speak to the dealer principle. He still had the audacity to tell me that they stamp the book prior to the service being done???? Do i look stupid or what? WORST PART IS THEY ALREADY ISSUED A CLAIM TO MY SP FOR THE 90 000KM SERVICE!!!!! so they were washing my car to have it clean to PRETEND like something was done on my car! i was DISGUSTED to say the least. My husband insisted that they give me a new service book because they had now stamped on my 90 000km section. I will not advise anyone to take their vehicle there. Especially if this is how they do business.

We visited a place in Pretoria last week and were met by the friendliest owner of The Biltong and Nuts Box. Their products are vacuum sealed and packaged so neatly. they have a variety of nuts, dried fruit, biltong, etc. Their branding stood out so nicely. Their products are fresh and the owner does all the packaging himself. Pricing is reasonable. They also support a small business which is 2 down syndrome boys who make fudges, etc and The Biltong and Nuts Box orders from these 2 boys and re-sells it. Excellent service, Excellent products.
my sister and i saw an advert on daddy's deals for a brazilian blow out for R499 each. i contacted the company 1st to check availability before purchasing the deal. the owner Mario advised me that the special was to end soon so i should rather pay directly to him instead. i agreed and my sister and i both went to him on the same day. Below is what the deal was supposed to include and how long it was supposed to take to complete: Brazilian blow wave Including cut Head massage Intense hair treatment What to expect Generally, a Brazilian Blowout treatment will take 1 to 2 hours, depending on the length and thickness of your hair. Your stylist will begin the process by shampooing your hair 3 to 4 times to remove product buildup and oil. The next step is to apply the Brazilian Blowout formula to sections of your hair from root to tip, ensuring each strand is thoroughly coated. The hair will then be blow dried and flat ironed to seal in the treatment. Finally, your hair will be rinsed and deep conditioned before being blow dried a final time. It lasts for about 3 months. 1stly, our hair was washed, something in a bowl applied, literally s****ing the bowl, because there was barely any product in there. and then hair blowdried only once and then hair trimmed and that was it. he was literally done with both mine and my sisters hair in an hour. in other words, each persons treatment was only 30min for the ENTIRE process. He talks constantly to keep you distracted from what he is doing or in fact what he is NOT doing! mine and my sisters hair both started curling within 2 hours. which i dont believe a brazilian should do. when i messaged him to tell him this, he ignored my messages. i told him i wanted at least half of our money back because what he had done was definitely not a brazilian treatment. when i told him i am going to report it on HelloPeter and Daddy's deals then he responded saying he had used a brazilian cacau treatment and sent me a picture of the bottle, but not even a photo of the actual bottle, a screenshot of it on a PDF format. but even on the bottle, it shows its step 2 of a 3 part process. of which we didnt receive the other 2 steps. i researched the bottle and saw that all 3 steps needed to be followed in order for it to work. Needless to say we didnt receive any money back. I hope that nobody else purchases this deal and gets conned the way we did. Worst service ever and i would not recommend him to anyone! R1000.00 down the drain for nothing.
