Outstanding Service in all departments

I purchased a Ford Kuga 2018 EcoBoost from this branch last November. Initially hesitant, I recently took the car in for its first service, and I feel compelled to share the outstanding service I've experienced so far. From the seamless credit application process with J****, the best FNI in the country, to Conrad, our dedicated sales representative who assured us every step of the way, we knew we were in good hands. Morne, the Manager of the used car department, exemplifies excellence in his field.

I must commend Lappies, our service contact yesterday, who consistently goes above and beyond for his clients. Overall, if there were a rating beyond five stars, they would certainly deserve it.
