Water back flowed into my kitchen via the washing machine as the main drain/pipe was blocked. This event happened last year in November (when I was busy with exams) In December 2024, I was busy so yes I got delayed to source quotes) then January 2025 was still the same with quotes to a point in which I asked the consult to help with service providers but she said it cannot be done like that. Fortunately I got quotes and an assessor was sent on 20/02/2025 and till this day, there hasn't been any feedback despite asking twice already.Consultant: Elna Taljaard
