Claim No: CIA 744-504 Water back flowed into my kitchen via the washing machine as the main drain/pipe was blocked. This event happened last year in November (when I was busy with exams) In December 2024, I was busy so yes I got delayed to source quotes) then January 2025 was still the same with quotes to a point in which I asked the consult to help with service providers but she said it cannot be done like that. Fortunately I got quotes and an assessor was sent on 20/02/2025 and till this day, there hasn't been any feedback despite asking twice already.Consultant: Elna Taljaard
1.What is the use of the customer care if we are gonna be blocked to talk to agents? 2.Wrote on Facebook about an incident @ 16:24 yesterday and yet waiting for a response but they are so quick to block us from calling them in the light of "preventing *****ulent transactions or call but when the same issue is brought up,there's no urgency from their side.After being a customer for more than 15 years,I'm thinking of going elsewhere
From 20/06/2024 that I having been calling for a cancelation and still they send me messages to call back for a cancelation request else the billing will continue
On 11/06/2024 I went to lifestyle centurion pick n pay for an exchange of the goldair kettle that stopped working but still under warranty.To this day I'm waiting for their call regarding stock availabilty but I now think goldair is not aware of the situation or that my numbers were thrown away

Bought a dress not knowing that I would have to return it cos when I got home they had bought another for me .Now I'm being told that the store doesn't have the debit card facility for returns but they gladly take money as form of payment from debit cards.I stay in centurion and it doesn't make any financial sense to go to menlyn or mall of africa for a return unless my petrol will be reimbursed
