Title: Ongoing Serious Concerns Regarding Martinique Management I am currently investigating and addressing serious concerns regarding the conduct and management practices of Martinique. In my experience, there appear to be self-created rules being enforced that are not properly explained or legally justified. Residents are being charged excessive and questionable amounts on their statements, including water and electricity costs that are heavily loaded without clear breakdowns or transparency. Despite formal letters sent by attorneys, there has been no proper response to important questions raised. Communication is either ignored or avoided, leaving residents without clarity or resolution. Electricity has reportedly been disconnected in situations where the legality of such action is highly questionable, and a reconnection fee of R470 has been charged. These actions create financial and emotional strain for residents. The level of professionalism and communication has been extremely disappointing. I believe residents deserve transparency, accountability, and lawful management practices. I will continue to pursue answers and clarity on behalf of those who have had similar experiences.

Bunch of useless people working there. I cant belief that they replaced Pretor with this cimpany! You dont get an answer-Leon van Zijl is extremely rude-he either attacks you or otherwise he threatens you with legal actions for which you will be liable to pay the costs-a real bully!

Email correspondence receipt is not acknowledged, requests are ignored, and requested information not sent despite repeated requests. Especially Mr du Toit the GM and the personnal assistent Nicola Munday are guilty of this. AGMs are not called on time or at all as they don't know what documentation to append. No customer service and their advice to owners is wrong.

Insurance claim feedback Claim No: CIA 744-504 Water back flowed into my kitchen via the washing machine as the main drain/pipe was blocked. This event happened last year in November,calls or emails sent regarding the final feedback are not responded to

I am really disappointed with Martinique they double debited my account in June 😒 and didn't want to pay back my money. This put me in a financial strain, sent them numerous emails with no clear responses from them. First email indicated I will get my money following up emails indicated otherwise till they just ignored me. They shifted the fault to the caretaker wouldn't really recommend them as property management for units unfortunately. Simple thing of changing Email address was a mission and a half for them.

worst company in world. Deal with PPM support, no sir we dont know anything please contact Martinique. never can get a straight answer from them, i pity anyone doing business with them. over charge on all electricity and water and sanitation. i actually wonder if money is paid over to metro? my advice if you hear of any complex being managed by Martinique, look elsewhere. If you complex deals with them, sell up and get out.

They took over Casa Azul in Rooihuiskraal in the year 2016, the complex is a mess, they provide minutes not signed by body corporate chairperson meaning Jannie Dutoit who is not a trustee makes unilateral decisions and Asanda Simelane does not sign as chairperson to acknowledge the minutes. Martinique claimed to be saving money to build a wall around the complex this was apparently since 2019 but to my surprise this year in the meeting such funds do not exist. According to the trustees they do not receive a monthly income expenditure therefore no one knows what Jannie Du Toit does with our money. If you want basic information about the complex you must via through lawyers, yet they deal with ppls finance but don't want to be held accountable. .
