You are among the most unpleasant managing agents the public has ever had to deal with. There are widespread complaints about your poor service. Across all the complexes we work with that are managed by your company, there are ongoing issues and dissatisfaction. To date, we have not encountered any positive feedback regarding your services. Your conduct reflects that you operate as you please, without accountability. Your reputation precedes you—people have many questions, yet you consistently fail to provide answers. It has also been brought to our attention that electricity is being disconnected from residents arbitrarily, without following the proper legal processes or obtaining the necessary court orders. You simply act as you see fit with members of the public, which is completely unacceptable. As with our Complex, there have been no answers provided, and this same pattern is repeated with many other individuals. I am in the process of initiating a petition, and as you are aware, concerns have already been raised regarding your *********, unprofessional conduct and lack of proper client relations. Furthermore, the manner in which clients are treated is unacceptable. The way in which communication is handled, including speaking to clients in a disrespectful manner over the telephone, reflects a complete lack of professionalism. This is unacceptable. I will be taking this further and ensuring that these matters are addressed in due course. This conduct will be stopped. We have had more than enough of this. It is unacceptable to treat people in this manner. It is time that your operations are formally and thoroughly investigated. The volume of complaints far exceeds anything we have experienced with any other managing agency.
