Word of Caution - Bad Service

I am writing this review with the intention of spreading a word of caution when considering appointing Consult Corp Realty as a managing agent. 1. We had to repeatedly call the principal to follow up on rent to be paid and asking when it will be paid. It almost felt like we had to call to ensure that the rent would be paid on time. 2. The principal rarely answers calls, and his phone number changed making it impossible to reach him. Sometimes his phone is switched off, after having tried to repeatedly call him on matters outstanding. 3. When writing emails that have contractual impact they fail to respond timely, specifically also when further instructions needs to be given to the tenant, forcing us to take ownership of unresolved matters. Overall, extremely bad service received and would not recommend their services.
