I was in the process of signing a lease agreement for a 12 month period when Consult Corp approached me, stating that they had a client who wished to sign for 24 months. I was thrilled and subsequently signed a lease agreement through Consult Corp. The tenant paid a two month deposit over to Consult Corp plus one month’s rental. The first month I received my rental from Consult Corp but the second month the tenant paid the rental but it was never paid over to me. Consult Corp disappeared with the rental and deposit! I later learned that the so called 24 montg contract was forged..the tenant only signed for 4 months but it was changed to 24 months by Consult Corp.

Consult Corp Realty are **** Rental agents... DO NOT WORK With Them!🚫
This company is a **** property managing agency... They **** both tenants and property owners the same... They approach property owners and give them tenants, the tenant will pay deposit and rent for first Month and they will pay the first Month rent to the property owner... In The second month the tenant will pay the rent to the agent and that will be the last time you see nor hear of them... They will disappear with the deposit and the second month's rent or even more months if you keep believing they will pay you as the property owner.... Then the next thing is that the tenant is also not going to get their deposit money back from them as they will have changed their numbers and nowhere to be found... They are a true ****...

Word of Caution - Bad Service
I am writing this review with the intention of spreading a word of caution when considering appointing Consult Corp Realty as a managing agent. 1. We had to repeatedly call the principal to follow up on rent to be paid and asking when it will be paid. It almost felt like we had to call to ensure that the rent would be paid on time. 2. The principal rarely answers calls, and his phone number changed making it impossible to reach him. Sometimes his phone is switched off, after having tried to repeatedly call him on matters outstanding. 3. When writing emails that have contractual impact they fail to respond timely, specifically also when further instructions needs to be given to the tenant, forcing us to take ownership of unresolved matters. Overall, extremely bad service received and would not recommend their services.

Consult Corp Realty, stay far away from these agents.
The worst service ever. I was contacted by one of their agents as they had a possible client to rent my property. They collected my house keys from me and unfortunately that was the end of it. I tried to call and communicate with them on so many occasions, no luck. I requested my key back numerous times, still no luck. I honestly do not know what more to do. I just need my key back and want absolutely no part in what they innitially had to offer. I would strongly advise potential clients to stay far away from them. There are better agents out there with far more better offerings and client service. This is very dissapointing.
