I have been issues with a paid letter, my debtors have all been paid! I’ve tried to call countless times! But I keep getting harassed for an amount that was refunded to me!

Your service is horrible, your customer service has no follow up! How do you issue a letter that I’ve paid up everything yet you still harass me to pay you! Who am I paying and why do I have an account that’s handed over when all my debtors have been paid!
