I wish I could give them a negative rating. The sheer lack of professionalism and nonchalance displayed by their customer service team, including the sales representative, Adam, is appalling. After calling to inquire about the installation of my new order, Adam chose to cancel it simply because I suggested LTE might be a better option. I deliberately placed my order before the year-end, fully aware of how slow their installation process typically is, but I never anticipated this level of incompetence. It has been nearly two weeks of futile attempts to follow up, with no clear answers or updates. One agent claims government regulations prevent installations in December, while another insists the company is closed for the holidays. Good luck resolving any connection issues during this time, as it’s evident they have no one available to provide support. This experience has been nothing short of infuriating, and I would strongly advise against relying on their services.
I have been issues with a paid letter, my debtors have all been paid! I’ve tried to call countless times! But I keep getting harassed for an amount that was refunded to me! Your service is horrible, your customer service has no follow up! How do you issue a letter that I’ve paid up everything yet you still harass me to pay you! Who am I paying and why do I have an account that’s handed over when all my debtors have been paid!
If you ever need help with your debt! These are not the people to go with! When signing up everything is smooth sailing till you need to contact them for help or clarification on your accounts. Their customer service is horrible! You get put on hold for 30/45 minutes and then someone just disconnects the call! I don’t understand why South African service providers don’t value their customers! I was advised to pay the amount to a bank account provided by them! And they paid themselves first! And not my accounts! I was advised to only pay the amount remaining of the last account! But now I keep getting sms’s And when I try to call! I keep being told a Phelokazi is handling my clearance or a Nomthandazo! I’ve sent several emails! But no response! I won’t even bother calling because that’s no help either!
I placed an order using the Mr D app to the Burger King Heerengracht in the Cape Town City Center. The order was botched, had missing things to it. I ordered a Strawberry Milkshake, and got a chocolate Milkshake with a touch of strawberry. 2 Extra Long Chilli Cheese burger only, and received the beef patty instead of the chicken. Ordered a Double Whopper Medium Meal that arrived with no fries. This is despicable and insane that we aren't able to complain on the Mr D app or contact the restaurant directly. Appalled by the service and order received
