I want the recording from CONSUMER DEBT HELP

I would like to report a company called CONSUMER DEBT HELP NCRD1801. On July 18, 2016, I spoke telepathically with a man named Ziyaad Herman. I wanted to apply for a consolidation loan, not for debt counseling or restructuring. He assured me over the phone that this was not debt counseling and that it was a consolidation loan. To my surprise, after I signed and submitted all of my paperwork, I was now listed on the credit bureau under the category of debt restructuring. I have requested a copy of the call recording .the company to listen to the call recording. I was informed that Ziyaad was a top consultant and would never mislead Me. I need help with that recording and  to cleared, Ziyaad just wanted to make a sale  and misled  Me with false information.
