FFC Silverton Pretoria, I bought a street wise 2 and they gave these 2 small pieces of Chicken Wings, the packing looks like it was used before 😲😭 - I just ate 2 wings with pap Yoh I am not happy

I called the AB head office. I spoke to Lebo at customer care a week ago requesting for my prescribed letter, but she refused,, saying she couldn't access my account unless I went to the branch to change my cell phone number. What is the purpose of the POPIA if not to confirm my identity? I need My prescribed letter to be email d to me. Why do I have to go to the branch when something can be emailed to me?

I wanted to apply for a consolidation loan, not for debt counseling or restructuring. He assured me over the phone that this was not debt counseling and that it was a consolidation loan. To my surprise, after I signed and submitted all of my paperwork, I was now listed on the credit bureau under the category of debt restructuring. I have requested a copy of the call recording .the company to listen to the call recording. I was informed that ++++ was a top consultant and would never mislead Me. I need help with that recording and to cleared, +++++ just wanted to make a sale and misled Me with false information. I see you have taken over the company</div>
