Poor service if not pathetic

I finished paying all my debts last year the 15th of November in 2021..I'm still running around to find out what's holding my clearance certificate...you call them with your own airtime it takes one 25 minutes to get hold of a consultant,that won't even help instead of making one hold for another 15 minutes..their service is poor man a simple thing of coming back to their clients and update of the outcome..
