i took a contract with mtn last year October,ive never had joy since.i went to their outlets and was told its not their issue i must call mtn i chat which i did and its not for free calling to date my issue is not resolved.my bill is not what we agreed on
anything that has to do with mtn run please very fast nogal.a ****

difference between mtn online and mtn outlet?
the service given by your two outlets employees in Claremont cavendish mall and kenilworth one is disgusting...to have a decency of telling it straight to my face that you wont help me because my mtn contract was done online not even making time to hear whats my issue about..DISGUSTING ATTITUDE

Pathetic Service towards the clients
It's two months fully now since I've done paying my debts with the company..Im using my airtime to call where I have to stay on the line for about 20 minutes to get hold of a consultant still you gonna stay on the line for another 15 minutes only to be told that relevant consultant is on leave .. We will get back to you before the end of the day it's their theme song to date I'm still hanging in there..the only thing I want is my clearance certificate,how difficult can it be. An update of the outcome won't harm nor break ones leg..emails are not responded ,it's frustrating and irritating to think the hustle one went through to finish so that life can be better with a clean slate credit wise

Poor service if not pathetic
I finished paying all my debts last year the 15th of November in 2021..I'm still running around to find out what's holding my clearance certificate...you call them with your own airtime it takes one 25 minutes to get hold of a consultant,that won't even help instead of making one hold for another 15 minutes..their service is poor man a simple thing of coming back to their clients and update of the outcome..
