I've never experienced such terrible service before. I've been trying to reach the company for the past 10 days and I'm not going through. They debited my account but I still don't have my device and it's more than 20 days now. I want to cancel their services and get a refund since no device was delivered as per the agreement and I still can't get through to them. I think I've called in 20 times now and no one is picking up. I'm not sure if this is a **** or not but the service is so terrible!!!!!!

I took out a cellphone contract with Mondo on 11 August 2025 and opted to have a Samsung 7 watch included with my cellphone contract. Upon delivery of my phone and watch voucher on 13 August 2025, I discovered that it's not the watch I wanted and not something I can wear. It's a voucher for the Ultra. Upon calling Mondo customer service of whom none of the Agents know what's happening. I was placed on hold by the first Agent for 20 minutes, who asked to redeem the voucher and then take the Ultra watch and go to the Samsung store, maybe they will exchange it for you. Then she proceeded to put me on hold for 20 minutes because I refused to accept and pay for something I didn't ask for. I eventually had to disconnect the call. I called back, whereby a second Agent tried to assist. She continuously put me on hold, trying to find out what to do. How do you employ people in Customer Care who are clueless?? After deliberating with her where she insisted there's nothing they can do, I even opted to have an additional contract for the watch I want, without having to cancel anything. She responds by saying that I can go to any MTN store or Samsung directly, and they will add the watch I want as an accessory. When I called the MTN stor,e they advised that I was advised of something totally absurd. Nothing of that sort is possible. Is MTN so desperate for cheap service providers that they opt to utilise such *********** service providers like Outworx/Mondo?? Let me forget the most important aspect of the Agent that took out my contract, he failed to tell me what the contract includes, and insisted that because I'm taking a watch, I cannot take a 24-month contract, I have to take it over 36 months, which MTN confirmed afterwards as being false. I totally refuse to pay for something I never asked for. Either they fix this because of their *********** staff, or I am taking my complaint to the Consumer Commission. The level of service is putrid and downright pathetic. The individuals who work there are almost uneducated and have zero customer skills.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I have app**** 3 times a day for a call back, called customer cate multiple times, call was purposely directed to a voice promt to rate the call service while im talking, then dies, received sms to say a sales person will call now. NOTHING... I would not recomend anyone use them. I wanted to take out a contract as I saw a good deal but cant get to anyone. I work in sales, and when a hot lead comes in you action it immediatly.

Mondo Mobile is a ****... I saw a debit order for R1500. I don't understand why you guys debited when I received a confirmation from MTN that R478 would be debited There is nothing on my contract I never signed up for this Can someone please contact me and explain what is going on If this is not a mistake I'd rather cancel with you guys reverse the R1500 and then you can fetch your phone because this is a rip-off ... Your site is not use-friendly and cant get through to anyone on the chat or send an email!!!!

Mondo is having a bad service last year I took a phone from mondo it want June on the beginning of the month due to the closing of my work i send it back from mtn on the 15th of June. The thing now is that since I send the phone back from mtn my name has been blacklisted they never make the cancelation for me for that phone that I've send back to the I phone mondo they send me to mtn when I go to mtn they said mondo should be the one who is removing my name from the blacklist them they can't help me they are the franchise I've been keeping phoning mondo emailing them until now they can't give me the right answer until now.so me I'm blacklisted for the phone that I send to them back I can't get anything because of this mondo so no I need help about this

I took a contract out through Mondo in November (one of their Black Friday specials), this was for a cell phone and tablet. I received the cellphone but to date have not received the tablet. During the setting up of the contract, I confirmed with the consultant twice that the tablet would be delivered with the cell phone, she positively confirmed and I have this recorded. I received the phone two days later and have been phoning them every 3 days since I got the phone as to when I will get the tablet. First I got told they were out of stock, then they wanted to give me a voucher that was one third the value of the tablet, I then got told it was deleivered to the wrong address and today I have now been told that it has been couriered but when I called RAM they confirmed that they have no package for me under my cell phone and that the waybill number does not exist. I have been **** to, made empty promises to and when I phone and ask for a manager they put me on hold and forget about me (I have been on hold for longer than 30 minutes at times). They have been debiting me the full amount and I am now sick and tired of this absolute lack of customer service and their don't care attitude. Can someone senior please get this resolved.
