I took a contract out through Mondo in November (one of their Black Friday specials), this was for a cell phone and tablet. I received the cellphone but to date have not received the tablet.
During the setting up of the contract, I confirmed with the consultant twice that the tablet would be delivered with the cell phone, she positively confirmed and I have this recorded. I received the phone two days later and have been phoning them every 3 days since I got the phone as to when I will get the tablet. First I got told they were out of stock, then they wanted to give me a voucher that was one third the value of the tablet, I then got told it was deleivered to the wrong address and today I have now been told that it has been couriered but when I called RAM they confirmed that they have no package for me under my cell phone and that the waybill number does not exist.
I have been **** to, made empty promises to and when I phone and ask for a manager they put me on hold and forget about me (I have been on hold for longer than 30 minutes at times).
They have been debiting me the full amount and I am now sick and tired of this absolute lack of customer service and their don't care attitude.
Can someone senior please get this resolved.
