Ordered black Friday deal, cellphone and tablet. Received phone a few days later,no tablet. Have spent over R700 on calls to Mondo and today they give me a RAM tracking number that doesn't exist. Make promises to phone me back, never do.
I took a contract out through Mondo in November (one of their Black Friday specials), this was for a cell phone and tablet. I received the cellphone but to date have not received the tablet. During the setting up of the contract, I confirmed with the consultant twice that the tablet would be delivered with the cell phone, she positively confirmed and I have this recorded. I received the phone two days later and have been phoning them every 3 days since I got the phone as to when I will get the tablet. First I got told they were out of stock, then they wanted to give me a voucher that was one third the value of the tablet, I then got told it was deleivered to the wrong address and today I have now been told that it has been couriered but when I called RAM they confirmed that they have no package for me under my cell phone and that the waybill number does not exist. I have been **** to, made empty promises to and when I phone and ask for a manager they put me on hold and forget about me (I have been on hold for longer than 30 minutes at times). They have been debiting me the full amount and I am now sick and tired of this absolute lack of customer service and their don't care attitude. Can someone senior please get this resolved.

Telkom has supposedly fixed the line this past week and we had connectivity for 3 days but not at optimal speed.</p> <p>An mweb technician called today to test the line and it was fine for an hour and a half and now its not working at all again.</p> <p>This is absolutely ridiculous!!!</p> <p>Can someone please get this sorted out today or else I am cancelling my mweb and telkom accounts.</p>

<p>I have been without a telkom landline for 40days now. Then i was promised a uncapped LTE. Wich took them 10days to tell me none was available in my area. I phone the call centre twice a day. No technicians have phoned to even sort out my problems. Telkom is by the worst business i have ever delt with. They still bill me monthly. Do not support this company unless absolutely necessary. U will never received any service, guaranteed.</p>
