This is my second review about metro fibre and I'm lost for words. They suspended my account again and this is the 8th time now in a space of 3 weeks. As I said, I MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY PAYMENT REFERENCE AND PAID FOR 2 MONTHS INSTEAD OF 1.WE LITERALLY SUFFERING AND WONT BE ABLE TO WORK TOMORROW BECAUSE THE FIBRE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED AGAIN. I am convinced that these guys are trained on being ***********. Their service is terrible and the email addresses are all automated and not followed up on. DO NOT GO FOR THEM GUYS. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS. ITS GONNA BE 8 DAYS OF DOWN TIME AND I WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED FOR THESE DAYS. I REGRET EVER FIGHTING FOR THEM TO COME INTO OUR!
These guys are very *********** and I regret going for their network. I made a mistake with referencing my payment so my fibre was suspended. I sent them an email explaining what had happened and they switched it on after 3 days. Lo and behold they switched it off again after 2 days saying they didn't get a payment and I had to explain the story again. They switched it on after 1 day. Last week Friday our fibre was switched off AGAIN stating that I didn't make payment and I had to repeat myself for the 3rd time. Now with all this happening I've already sent them 8 emails. 8 to the ftthfinance email and the ftthpop email address. It's been 5 days without fibre and I've called them 6 times already. They keep saying they will refer the matter to the finance department and nothing gets done. They are *********** and don't care about their customers. We work from home and this has affected productivity on our part, but judging from how they treat customers they obviously wouldn't know anything about that!!!!! What's funny is that they days where the fibre was suspended will not be prorated and I'd still have to pay the full amount. They taking advantage because they are the only providers in our area and don't have any competition. I've never heard of VUMATEL clients complaining like metro fibre customers.
I've never experienced such terrible service before. I've been trying to reach the company for the past 10 days and I'm not going through. They debited my account but I still don't have my device and it's more than 20 days now. I want to cancel their services and get a refund since no device was delivered as per the agreement and I still can't get through to them. I think I've called in 20 times now and no one is picking up. I'm not sure if this is a **** or not but the service is so terrible!!!!!!
Useless medical aid ever. You only get 1 casualty visit. No one tells you about this when you take out the medical aid. I've been paying for the whole year only to be told that I can't go to the casualty ward when I'm in need of their services. I'm so shocked at how they just don't care about their clients. I wouldn't trust them In a life and death situation!
THIS IS THE SECOND REVIEW IM HAVING ABOUT THESE GUYS. THEY KEEP LISTING ME FOR DEBT THAT WAS PRESCRIBED. THEY HAVE BEEN SENDING ME DISCOUNT EMAILS THAT IVE BEEN IGNORING AND HAVE NEVER MADE ANY ARRANGEMENTS WITH THEM BECAUSE THE DEBT WAS PRESCRIBED. I AM DEFINITELY TAKING THIS TO THE RELEVANT OMBUDSMAN BECAUSE IT SEEMS AS IF THATS HOW THE GET PEOPLE(BLACK MAJORITY) TO PAY DEBT THAT HAS BY LAW BEEN PRESCRIBED!😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬 CAN SOMEONE WHO'S MORE EDUCATED WITH SUCH ISSUES PLEASE ADVISE ME ON WHAT OTHER CHANEL'S TO GO THROUGH BECAUSE THIS NIMBLE GROUP IS FULL OF NONSENSE AND THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!
The service was very effective and I was happy with the outcome of the clam that I made.

so I was working for OMI and we got our pension fund through OLD MUTUAL SUPER FUND. I left the company on the 30th of August. was paid out a fraction of what was suppose to be paid to me and when I enquired I was sent from pillar to post by the internal team. I then decided to stop communicating the incompetent HR team from OMI and called the super fund number only to find out that there's a problem cause I changed 1 department to the other and that's why my funds got held up. after getting assisted by someone from super fund I was referred back to the HR team of OMI and they still sent me pillar to post. I then spoke to a lady by the name of Naeema Cassiem who tried her best to assist me but the guys from GROUP EB STAFF FUND BENEFITS blatantly ignored our emails cause this money was due a long time ago and they did wrong by not paying the full amount due to me. I have fees to pay for my kids and things to do for my family and they do not take their clients seriously. i even kindly asked them to take this matter as an urgent matter cause my kids will be suspended due to outstanding fees now. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF TAKING UP THE OLD MUTUAL SUPER FUND CAUSE THEY QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND VERY SLOW TO PAY OUT. I use to work for OMI but I'm not taken seriously. what more if you not even a staff member? below is my member number and scheme number. i have all the proof to show the level of inconsideration, lack of empathy and a zero sense of urgency for peoples claims. The Motor Industry fund administrats is the worst fund administrator I've ever came across. They never answer their phones and when you send emails to managers for assistance they also don't respond to the emails. If there's anyone who can help me escalate this matter can they please assist me. Even if you go to their offices they tell you about Covid rules that don't allow people to go into the offices. My Name is Mpendulo Mbonani and I've been trying to call MIFA for the past 2 weeks with no luck at all. I am being told that they are experiencing a high volume of calls and I've sent 4 emails to them for the claim I made in October the 18th. what makes me angry is that no one replies to my emails and the company I was working for was actually paying them my funds in time. these companies easily take money but they never tell us about the difficulty that we'll face when we have to claim for it. TIMES ARE HARD AND I NEED MY MONEY TO BE PAID UP TO ME THE SAME WAY THEY TOOK THE MONEY FROM MY PREVIOUS EMPLOYER. I strongly advice people in the Motor Industry to try coming up with a different company to assist their employees with a different provident fund scheme cause these people will leave you stranded in times of need!!!!
