Refusal to provide clearance certificate

TOTALLY DISGUSTING COMPANY EVER. My parents have been communicating with this company for over a week asking for a clearance certificate since they got out of debt review in 2016. However, this company is giving them a run around for almost two weeks now and keep telling them they do not have power. We sent them several paid up letters to show the accounts have been paid, however, we still not getting help. Instead we are met with a rude woman who shouted at my parents they won't get the clearance certificate.

I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this company. Totally unprofessional, no ethics and care for clients or rather people that used to be their clients.
