I paid our WiFi on 23rd of September was on the 24th September around 16h00 the WiFi had no connectivity. I have been reaching out and they tell me I would get a ticket reference number and be transferred to a consultant but that never happens. Instead only a Nicholas got back to me after 2 hours later and said we did not pay. I sent the payment notification but I have not received a response till now. As a professional who works from home, this is very unprofessional and their lack of response is very inconveniencing and lacks empathy
TOTALLY DISGUSTING COMPANY EVER. My parents have been communicating with this company for over a week asking for a clearance certificate since they got out of debt review in 2016. However, this company is giving them a run around for almost two weeks now and keep telling them they do not have power. We sent them several paid up letters to show the accounts have been paid, however, we still not getting help. Instead we are met with a rude woman who shouted at my parents they won't get the clearance certificate. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this company. Totally unprofessional, no ethics and care for clients or rather people that used to be their clients.
My Beame tracking device has not been working since last month. As soon as I noticed the device icon was red, I immediately notified Mix Telematics/Beame. When i first called I was notified that someone would call me back to sort organize that I go to a fitting centre to get the device fixed and that never happened. So I called again (several times during a work day) and not one answered. I have also sent several email to notify them and nothing has been done to date. This is the worst service ever but they are quick to debit ones account at the end of the month WITHOUT FAIL! I am still driving around in a vehicle that does not have a working tracking device and scared for my safety since we live in a country that has a high hijacking rate. Next thing I get hijacked and I will not get assistance from your company, because there will be an assumption that I did not notify you of this issue, where I have and as a matter of fact several times. I need my query attended to ASAP or cancel my contract. Because this is unacceptable, unethical, and very unprofessional. I am very upset with how my query is being handled.
My father got into an accident with my car on 07 September 2022. I lodged a claim on 08 September Judith Maluleke was extremely helpful. My claim has been approved and my car has been schedule to be fixed. Thank you #MiwayVehicleInurance and Judith Maluleke
Netstar is honestly a ****ty tracking company ever. They have been debiting my account for months now after I have sent emails, whats app messages and called to have my contract cancelled after it came to an end in December 2021. Now I get a message that my account has been handed over for non-payment, after I have instructed them to cancel my contract. They have been debiting my account without my approval which in my view is very unethical. I am honestly beyond annoyed and I want this to get fixed ASAP!
