<p>We have bought a property June 2015 with a flatlet that has a prepaid meter for electricity. Contour manages the purchases of electricity. We have after renovation found a renter for the flatlet who is unable to buy pre-paid power from Contour. Teh account was never transfereed to us - even though we have requested the previous owner, who e-mailed Contour to transfer the account to us. x10 phone calls later, x2 2 e-mails from the previous owner later, Mellisa, phone number 031 266 9746, email helpdesk@contour.co.za, at Contour Technology still insists she needs the User ID of the previous owner, Mrs. Vereni Alberts, phone number 082 418 5025 to move the account to us. Vereni does not remember her User ID or Password - so no power for the renter. Melissa (no surname) refuses to transfer our calls to her manger / supervisor, or close the account and open an account in our name. Result is the Renter of the flatlett is running power on an extention cord connected to the main house. </p>
