Converse Online😡Wrong delivery

I ordered All star for my little brother and they delivered a wrong size,I called to check if I can do an exchange at 1 of their stores unfortunately I can’t I need to wait 31 working days for refund.iyo I’m bored shame,I’m so ****en ****ed.I doubt I will ever order from them .🤦🏾‍♀️
