Terrible service received from Cool Cat Appliances

I would just like everyone to know that I also contacted Frank and he promply applied by mail to come out and repair my fridge the following day.They fixed and supplied the fan motor for the Defy double door fridge/freezer. They then informed me that the PC Board of the fridge was faulty so this also had to be replaced the second time they came out because my fridge still was not working.They told me the system was blocked and had to be regassed. All of this to date has cost me R2450 and still my fridge is not working. I sent them numerous messages after they did not return to fix It and even threatened to take legal action. Still no one has come out from this company to see what the problem is .This after I have a 6 months warrantee on the work done. I am really tired of being *****ed over by companys that do not deliver on their promises. To date my fridge has cost me R4,050.00 AND STILL IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY!!!!I I belong to clientele Legal and I am going to take this matter further with there help.
