Order placed and paid for early December 2023, all attempts to get a hold of Coolcart ended at dead mans door. No reply to phone calls line is always busy, Whatsapp no longer is accessible, emails are read but no replies are returned, and finally on Facebook no one replies to messages or comments from Coolcart, they however continuously keep add new adverts but do not bother replying to complaints or requests.
