dead end
I placed an order for R2199- no update on shipping or stock ect. Finally tried contacting them - dead end the number online is not available only automated voice message and no response to emails. Right now I am thinking I lost that money since there is no prospect for a refund or delivery currently

Order placed and paid for early December 2023, all attempts to get a hold of Coolcart ended at dead mans door. No reply to phone calls line is always busy, Whatsapp no longer is accessible, emails are read but no replies are returned, and finally on Facebook no one replies to messages or comments from Coolcart, they however continuously keep add new adverts but do not bother replying to complaints or requests. It appears this site could be a **** reading other reviews and comments and different platforms.

This site is a ****, placed an order for an advent calendar paid in full. When I enquired about my order I got no response. I emailed, whatsapp and called them multiple times. no reply or answer. Took my money and disappeared.

Not great :(
Not a great experience. I ordered a phone from them only for them to email me one day later saying that the phone was out of stock. They told me I can either get a refund or pay an additional R2500 as they would have the phone in stock on Monday at a new price?? Of course I decided to get a refund. However, since they emailed me on Friday afternoon I could not get in contact with them all weekend. Whatsapp, email, calling. Nothing. All in all, not everything that says "in stock" on the site is actually in stock and do not try to communicate with them on the weekend. Also their phone lines do not work at all. Best way to talk is through whatsapp...

Not a great experience. I ordered a phone from them only for them to email me one day later saying that the phone was out of stock. On the 8th July 23 I ordered a DVD player via there on line order form and paid Iv had no communication from them so on the 15th July 23 I emailed them to find out what was happening todate I have had no reply I only get there news letter

No delivery, no response
Bought an item from them online on 4 May 2023. Received a confirmation email and since then have not heard anything from them. It is now the 18th of May. They do not respond to email and their call center number goes to a cellphone voicemail.
