Not great :(
Not a great experience. I ordered a phone from them only for them to email me one day later saying that the phone was out of stock. They told me I can either get a refund or pay an additional R2500 as they would have the phone in stock on Monday at a new price?? Of course I decided to get a refund. However, since they emailed me on Friday afternoon I could not get in contact with them all weekend. Whatsapp, email, calling. Nothing. All in all, not everything that says "in stock" on the site is actually in stock and do not try to communicate with them on the weekend. Also their phone lines do not work at all. Best way to talk is through whatsapp...

So noisy
This place is extremely noisy. I thought that the residence agreement had a clause about “quiet times” however it seems like this doesn’t apply at all. People blast music until ungodly hours, scream obnoxiously and frankly it’s extremely annoying. It seems like there is no one to control noise levels at night time and my clomplaints have gone unanswered. Some of us need to be able to sleep at night so that we can graduate lol. Really disappointing and horrible service.
