Rather avoid Serta
Not even worth one star - a Queen sized bed for 2 adults less than 100kg less than 4 years. Contacting them - not worth it. Many many stories. Would not recommend.

dead end
I placed an order for R2199- no update on shipping or stock ect. Finally tried contacting them - dead end the number online is not available only automated voice message and no response to emails. Right now I am thinking I lost that money since there is no prospect for a refund or delivery currently
