Tomorrow 17 March 2026 will mark 2 months since we purchased a Serta matress and base from Bradlows Springs mall. Bradlows ordered the bed from Serta, but two months later we have not received the matress and base. I phoned Serta in Durban two weeks ago, they were full of excuses about transport problems etc. Needless to say i wouldnt advice anyone to ever purchase a Serta bed as their service is non existant. It wouldnt even take two months to import a bed from Europe, but Serta SA does not care loosing customers, aslong as they get their paycheck. Worst service ever.

2022 I BOUGHT MY BED FROM SLEEPMASTERS WONDERPARK (Serta) ,12 MONTHS LATER THE BED STARTED MAKING A NOISE . AN AGENT WAS SEND TO MY HOUSE FROM SERTA BEDDING TO INSPECT THE BED . THE BASE WAS TAKEN FOR REPAIRS . 12 MONTHS AGAIN THE BED HAD THE SAME PROBLEM , THEN THE INSPECTOR WAS SEND AGAIN , NOW THEY GAVE ME A NEW BASE . HARDLY 24 MONTHS THE BED HAS THE SAME PROBLEM . NOW I AM TOLD TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS SINCE THE BED IS OUT OF THEIR 24MONTHS WARRANTY. I ASKED THE AGENT TO SAY ,BECOUSE THIS IS THE 3RD TIME I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME THING AND THE BASE DOESNT EVEN HAVE THAT 24MONTHS WHY SHOULD I BE THE ONE COVERING THE REPAIR COSTS? SHE THEN SAID THEIR WARRANTY STARTS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE EVEN THOUGH THE BASE WAS EXCHANGED(WITHIN 24 MONTHS). THIS MEANS AFTER EVERY 12-18 MONTHS I WILL BE PAYING FOR THE REPAIRS ? I DIDNT GET WHAT I WAS SOLD , I DIDNT BUY TROUBLE ,BUT IT SEEIMS I WILL NEVER GET THAT COMFORT I WAS PROPMISED WHEN I WAS MAKING THE PURCHASE .

I purchased a Serta bed and, shockingly, within just two weeks the base started making a loud, irritating noise. I reported the issue and the store exchanged the base, but the exact same problem occurred again almost immediately the other side still makes noise. This clearly shows a serious quality issue with the product. For the amount I paid, I expected long-lasting comfort and durability, not repeated defects in such a short time. I am extremely disappointed with both the product’s quality and the inconvenience caused by having to deal with multiple exchanges and discomfort. I believe Serta should stand by their brand promise and either provide a properly inspected, defect-free replacement or issue a full refund. Customers deserve products that meet the standards advertised, especially at a premium price point.

I purchased a Serta Asher Queen Bed Base Set from Bradlows Midrand on 15 May 2025, and it was delivered on 17 May. Within 10 days, the bed base began making loud, irritating squeaking noises. This is completely unacceptable from a brand that claims to offer premium quality and comfort. Despite raising this issue, I have not received a proper resolution. For a product to start falling apart in less than a month is both disappointing and infuriating. I expected so much more from Serta – instead, I’m stuck with a noisy, faulty bed and poor after-sales support. I will never purchase from Serta again and would advise others to think twice before trusting the so-called "quality" of this brand.

I bought a Serta bed at Sleep masters in November 2023. After 4 months the top part of the matrass started pulling on each end. The one end toppled over the matrass end and the other end was pulling inwards. I laid a complaint by Sleep masters, and they logged a warranty claim. Serta contacted me and I sent them everything including pictures. The consultant was rude, and the claim was rejected - the reason: WE SLEEP WRONG. I also told them we don't use the bed as a couch (that is want living rooms are for). But according to them it's our fault (after 4 months of having the bed). I weigh 56kg and my husband about 65kg, so we are not heavy people. I had to buy a new bed (I went with a Sealy) that at the end was way more worth it. Money well spent. It was double the Serta price. I will not make that mistake again. We moved the Serta bed into my 14-year-old sons' room after we bought the Sealy. He weighs about 45kg. When I made the bed today, I saw that the matrass now even looks worse!! How is this possible with someone that weighs 45kg sleeps on the bed. Does he also SLEEP WRONG??

Got reported for giving a review- then got this response "Thank you for the confirmation that you will proceed with a home assessment. Our assessor will be in contact with you when he is next in your area, he was unfortunately in the area last week and we did not proceed with an assessment as we did not receive any further feedback following our last correspondence to you" on 25/06/2024. 3 Months later no one has contacted me. I have emails to proof. I am done with Serta. I will never ever buy a bed from them again.

Good day , iv bought a bed from sleep king in phoenix and 2 months later there was something wrong as I slept on the bed 10 min I had serve pains and something was poking me I went in to sleep King to lay a complaint but thier service was disgusting as they only there to make a com , they said they will lay a complaint with the serta factory on 6 of June,no call back or feed back I called sleep King and they said it was reported 6 June I called serta facteoy and had joy then I called back 22 July almost a 6 to 7 weeks later nd spoke to some1 uncharged and he said he will try and sort it out which he picked up the same day and dropped of but they did not call to say what they was doing as it went to be accessed I call in myself to find out what was wrong the lady with an attitude said the shorten the stablerizer bar I told why you'll did call me to say you'll was doing that they said they didn't find no fault then why they shorten the bars they deliver it and I saw that the bed was not looking they way it went in but the driver said he only picks up and deliver. I slept on that night and though I was dreaming I was falling of the bed but got up in the morning to see my bed actually sunken on 1 side I called in but didn't get a call back Iv been a serta user for almost 40 years nd no Hassel this Tim I'm so unhappy I need them to send me a new bed and pick up this 1 as it's still under warranty otherwise I will take this up with my legal team
