SETA & WONDERPARK SLEEPMASTERS – A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT Seta and Wonderpark Sleepmasters have been my worst nightmare. I purchased a bed from the Wonderpark Sleepmasters store November 2025 I logged a complaint due to defects with the bed. • On 22 November 2025, SETA sent an agent to my house to assess the bed. • Since that visit, I have received no feedback whatsoever. I have made countless follow-ups: • 23 December 2025 – I called the store. My number was taken, and I was promised a callback. No response. • 5 January 2026 – Same response, still no callback. • 15 January 2026 – Same again, no resolution. Today, I called and requested to speak to the store manager for answers. I was told she was having breakfast and would call me back at 10:00. I am still waiting. At this point, the lack of communication, accountability, and customer care is unacceptable. I have been patient for months, yet no one seems willing to give me answers or resolve the issue. Since I cannot get assistance through the proper channels, I am forced to raise this matter publicly. I expect SETA and Wonderpark Sleepmasters to urgently address my complaint and provide a clear resolution.
2022 I BOUGHT MY BED FROM SLEEPMASTERS WONDERPARK (Serta) ,12 MONTHS LATER THE BED STARTED MAKING A NOISE . AN AGENT WAS SEND TO MY HOUSE FROM SERTA BEDDING TO INSPECT THE BED . THE BASE WAS TAKEN FOR REPAIRS . 12 MONTHS AGAIN THE BED HAD THE SAME PROBLEM , THEN THE INSPECTOR WAS SEND AGAIN , NOW THEY GAVE ME A NEW BASE . HARDLY 24 MONTHS THE BED HAS THE SAME PROBLEM . NOW I AM TOLD TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS SINCE THE BED IS OUT OF THEIR 24MONTHS WARRANTY. I ASKED THE AGENT TO SAY ,BECOUSE THIS IS THE 3RD TIME I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME THING AND THE BASE DOESNT EVEN HAVE THAT 24MONTHS WHY SHOULD I BE THE ONE COVERING THE REPAIR COSTS? SHE THEN SAID THEIR WARRANTY STARTS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE EVEN THOUGH THE BASE WAS EXCHANGED(WITHIN 24 MONTHS). THIS MEANS AFTER EVERY 12-18 MONTHS I WILL BE PAYING FOR THE REPAIRS ? I DIDNT GET WHAT I WAS SOLD , I DIDNT BUY TROUBLE ,BUT IT SEEIMS I WILL NEVER GET THAT COMFORT I WAS PROPMISED WHEN I WAS MAKING THE PURCHASE .
After I got the a response here on hellopeter following my complain . I got another settlement amount sent to my email even after I have payed off my account with Risima legal. Guys what ist that you want from me ??????
After writing a complain about Mattix on hellopeter hours later I received a call from one of their consultants. ( they had handed over my account to Resima Holdings (attorneys), she said she would check with them to confirm whether I had settled the account—which I did months ago. A few days later I received another statement from Matrix showing a different amount. They had promised to call me back before the end of that business day, but they never did. I stand by what I said: signing a contract with Matrix feels like a death sentence
I am extremely unhappy and frustrated with Matrix. Canceling my account/contract with them has been an endless challenge. Despite sending multiple emails, I receive no responses. My account was handed over to Risima Holdings, which I have already settled in full. Yet, even after settling, Matrix continues to bill me and refuses to close my account. Please be cautious and avoid any relationship with this company. They only seem to understand how to take money from clients, and once you join, you will struggle endlessly to cancel your contract.
They always bill me incorrectly ,and trying to resolve it with their consultants its a challenge. Wouldn't recommend it if you want to have peace of mind.

I wish I saw the reviews before wasting my money with this company, they have been deleting my complaints on Facebook and not sorting out my problem that I had with their products ...we are now paying for the name and not quality when it comes to Le Morgan 🤔 😕 😒
